SPerman We didn’t have any crash since upgrading to 2022 SP5. Not even once in all our systems.
And breadcrumb problem has been completely solved.
But our assemblies are somewhere between 300 to 500 components. Or you’re working on more complicated ones.
I really don’t understand why they don’t incorporate the ‘flip-alignment’ and ‘lock-rotation’ function in the ‘in context’ toolbar as alredy available in the quick-mate using ‘ALT+drag’. Click on the gif images below to show animations.
I switched from an AMD to an NVidia to see if that helps with my problems. The cards have similar specs, but I’ve been told NVidia is the better choice for SW. I haven’t done enough heavy lifting yet to know if it made a difference.
This has me thinking. We always talk about graphic card performance, yet every graphics related thread I see has nothing to do with performance as in demanding rendering of many elements to draw to the display. All the problems seem to be with simpler things that we wouldn’t expect to put a load on the computing capabilities of the card’s chipset. I feel that most graphics related problems are from mismatch somewhere between chipset capabilities to driver to application. My very lay comprehension is either the driver doesn’t understand what the application is asking for or the chipset isn’t supporting something the driver assumes is there. I think the things that most “demanding” to graphics have nothing to do with Hz or cuda cores.
