I am still at Windows 10 (ancient hardware), so ‘File Explorer’ is somewhat sane-ish still,
but for ‘serious’ work I use MultiCommander.

We have a number of computers come through our shop. Most of these computers are for customers, not internal use. I have a co-worker who changes a number of settings to his personal preference, customer be damned.
been there done that. I was a lone worker for years. Then went to work with a team, that needed lots of help. It sucks when they don’t know where the command is and you can’t find it because they have a different set up than you are used to. I had set up my system to what I was used to when the feature manager came out.
