So you’ll be handing out treats in 3DX World?
LOL
From what I’ve seen I’d be very leary of any candy being sold/handed out at 3DXworld, “That’s not chocolate” comes to mind.
At home I have a Bambulab P1P. So far I have printed only PLA.
I like the speed and ease of use in addition to the generous 10" x 10" x10" volume.
Nice choice
Recently got a Bambulab X1C too…
So far we only printed PLA (Bambulab PLA) and ABS (3rd party)
Was really blown away by the speed and quality as well as the ease of use.
Print quality is pretty decent, in some case even better than our Stratasys uPrint that is at its last leg
After going through learning experience with Ender 3 and then Prusa MK3S+, I finally settled on Vorons (the small V0.2, and 350x350x300 V2.4). Don’t ask me how much time I put into getting them tuned right, but goddamn these are some beautiful machines. Never seen better print quality at those speeds in any other printer.
We recently purchased three FormLabs 3+ printers to print high performance ceramic parts. We’ll also use it for silicone and other materials in the future. The ceramic material prints slow. Extremely slow. Three days to print and 5 days to burn out and sinter fairly small parts. But, the alternative is spending thousand of dollars for custom tooling to press the ceramics in the traditional way, which for some of our parts is impossible and when iterating through prototype designs, retooling for each iteration is financially silly.
Kingroon KLP1
Started with ender 3 pro in 2018. Bought mk3s+ in 2020. Bought mk4 in 2023. Upgraded mk3 to mk3.5. Sold my ender 3. Have 2 prusa enclosures. Brought my mk3.5 to work. Have mk4s at home. Mostly print PLA and PETG. Have Asa, nylons, carbon fiber and fiber glass filaments. Recently put glass bed on my mk4s. Wicked nice first layers with petg.
Looking forward to the prusa core one.
Thanks
Scott
I got a Bambu Labs P1S with AMS for Christmas to replace my old Wanhao Duplicator 6.
Now instead of being a printer technician, I’m a printer.
It’s amazing.
Yep. Have had a P1S for a bit, a Prusa Mk3 a while longer (and a few others in the graveyard). The Bambu is blazingly quick, reliable and easy to use, though the Prusa produces parts of equal quality.
Looking forward to someone making a printer with a proper heated chamber that is relatively affordable. We’re almost there I think.
