Did you select the correct options on install? I think by default it install PDM pro. I remember having to make explicit choices to get PDM standard instead of Pro, but I can’t provide any specifics without going through the install process.

Along the same theme, did you upgrade your SQL database with the upgrade tool? There’s a fair bit of configuration that needs to be done to the database side in order to make it compatible with all the new features of a PDM upgrade. Although, I can’t remember if it would let you connect to the vault if the versions don’t match.
