The picture shows that you’re not logged in. If you log in you’ll be able to download. You had to log in to send the message, though. Testing me, I see…
Yes, of course you’re on a list, and of course you’ve been bad, but that’s not why you can’t get those files. I logged in as my test account and it worked. It has the same settings as you.

I tried again and got the same notice again about not having permission. Then I noticed that I was no longer logged in. After logging in again it worked.

Hello,
when I try to download the data directly from the link, it doesn’t work for me either.
But if I click on Download in the upper left corner, I can select the documents from Matt and download the desired data in the next window.

Well…it is interesting that it brings me to the page, and logs me out. So far, its the only area that the “remember me” check box doesn’t work.
Anyway, I got it to work. I clicked the link, then clicked login, logged in, and it immediately downloaded the file.
