I try to use SE community on linux with Wine but I need the 2023 version (maybe 2022 also works).
Currently only 2024 can be downloaded from Siemens. Where can I download the earlier versions?

You can’t download earlier versions. They only post the latest version for Community/Student Editions which at this time is 2024.
