Need help in converting DFT to PDF

Hey, can someone help me opening DFT files and converting them to PDF. These files were created like 6 years ago and I cannot open them on Mac OS.

I downloaded them but got an error message when trying to open: “no translator available for this file type”. The file size is about 4 KB so I’m inclined to think something must be corrupted.
