Making assembly flexible turns on planes

We just upgraded to SW2025, and now when I make a sub assembly flexible it turns on the planes for that sub assembly even if they are hidden. Only way to run them off is to go under view, hide/show and turn all planes off.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
