Hi all,
I have cobbled together the attached macro that does the following tasks:
- Export drawing to PDF
- Export model to STEP and X_T
- Zips all the files together
- Adds the files to a folder in PDM
Fundamentally this is working as I want it to (though I am prepared to be absolutely ripped to shreds for how it’s been written - I’m learning!).
What I am struggling with is that the STEP file always ends up as a “local file” in the Vault rather than being ready to check in like the other three.

Can anyone advise if this is down to something happening in the macro, something happening in the Vault or something else entirely I might not have considered please?
EDIT - never mind, problem solved. STEP wasn’t included in the PDM settings for file types to automatically add to vault.
