Macro for group (grid view) editing Custom Properties in assembly

Hi
I wrote macro for group editing of user properties.

I was trying to find some free custom property editor that would display a grid and allow editing all the custom properties of each file in the assembly tree.

So far the best I could find is the free Solidworks Treehouse or the paid Properties+ from Xarial.
But Solidworks Treehouse keeps crashing for me and Properties+ is expensive, so I wrote this macro.

The macro is free, you can edit it as you like.

You can edit any Custom Properties from two sections: Settings and Configurations.

Why not just edit the BOM?
I may still give this one a try.

I follow this guy on another forum. He put a lot of work into this macro, and the macro is really worth it. Thanks Jtok

Editing BOM is a good solution.
But if you need to change the Performer or Verifier in several hundred parts and assemblies of the current project at once, or restore a Name like $PRP:“SW-File Name” to all models, then this macro will handle it quite well.
Digging around in the BOM will take quite a long time.
