How can I get some HELP around here?

Depends. If you have questions or problems with the forum, click on The Team link below, and then cadforumadmin, and send that lazy good-for-nothing exactly what you think of his work.

If you want help with CAD, just find the right forum, and ask away!

To get the best help, it’s a great idea to have images and upload data, and a decent description of what you are trying to accomplish, and what is the roadblock. A movie would be great. We have smart people here, but no one has a crystal ball.

I do not see the images in a post. Instead I see like “image1.png”. Clicking on it shows me nothing. Is this a set up thing?

Thanks

Dwight

Actually, I see images on some posts and not others.

I think an admin may have over-adjusted some settings >> https://www.cadforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=372

Either that, or some offshore-hacker-team have been discretely employed to destroy us. **

Dwight,
I had seen that a couple of times. Do you have a slow internet connection? What happens if you refresh the page?
What I’m guessing is that when you click the page, not all the pictures come through in the time allotted by the browser? I think I’ve only seen it a couple of times at work, and sometimes there our internet is pretty laggy.
Can you give a specific page? And what happens if you close out of your browser and open the page again? Is it repeatable in MS Edge and Chrome browser?

I’m having the same problem. This page would be the best display of the issue >> https://forum.cadmunity.com/t/solidworks-sketch-custom-gtol-symbol-convertor/113/1

Edit: am using chrome browser on a chromebook.

I get the same issue.

Same here:

Clicking on the image brings me here:

Using Firefox

I’m working on this. It has to do with the Lightbox extension that was added recently.

matt,
Can you give us a status on it? Has it been submitted to R&D, yet?

. . . or jumped through hoops to submit an Enhancement Request?

..team effort..?

zxys001 We need to hire these guys where I work as they are apparently masters at jumping through hoops.
