We are building a GenAI tool gNucleus AI to generate CAD models from text and images. You can watch a demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjPSh7bOHVM
Feel free to explore our tool at https://gnucleus.ai.
Currently, we support CAD generation in multiple formats:
CAD with features: FreeCAD, Creo, Solidworks, etc

CAD without features: Iges, Step, Stl, etc
You can download FreeCAD, Iges, Step, Stl format directly from our website.
We’d love to hear feedback from this forum on how GenAI could assist CAD designers and mechanical engineers.

I’m really curious to see how well it captures the details in complex designs. Overall, it seems like it could be a game-changer for CAD folks!
retonny77 we are still in early phase, cannot handle all the 3D shapes well, but we can handle some shapes well if it presents in the training dataset. With more training data being added to train the GenAI model, the performance will improve gradually.
Feel free to try it and any feedback or comments are welcomed.
Really interesting, however, how does it fair with pure text description without images..? Can you give an image as a reference point rather then a “reference geometry”?
Also, how does it fare with 3D images or pictures? Does it require to be CAD images with specific view angles and what-not? If so, kind of defeats the purpose in a way.
