Elusive geometry problem on outside/inside angle gauge

This one has me stumped.

In the attached Pack & Go, the 8575-10-06_AG part is intended to be an outside + inside angle gauge for 8575-10-06. The “outside” half of the gauge works fine. The inside half, however, has a gap (please see the screenshot below).

Upon opening Sketch1 of 8575-10-06_AG, you will note that I effectively recreated the inside edge profile of 8575-10-06 on the “outside” of 8575-10-06_AG. So, in theory, the gauge should nest into the inside corner perfectly.

What have I missed?

Thanks for any help.

Your assumption that this is a 90° angle is false.

That edge is wrong.
Acturally OD radius is on wrong center. It didn’t line up with the straight edge.

As usual, you’re off by 1 thickness.

Ah. That was it!

Thanks!
