I just had a curious little thought and some internet searching brought up nothing. Figured maybe some of the great minds over here could shed some light on this…
I have a detail view set to ‘Connected’ style, with a leader connecting the view to the circle on the parent view. The leader is getting close to a section line label. It’s not so close that I need to do anything about it now, but it was close enough that it got me wondering (in case I need to do something about it in the future) if there is a way to add a jog point to the connecting line… Various right clicking/more options/properties windows do not seem to yield any relevant settings.
Odd, that link takes me to a knowledge base search page that shows no results, but it says I don’t have access to view the article.
Don’t feel bad. Jim has special talents when it comes to navigating the mess that is the DSS knowledge base.
Are you logged in with active subscription? I can see it and I’m not that special.

I’m not sure if I got logged in with an active subscription or not. I created my own account separate from the company. I think we have tried tying them together in the past, but we run into weirdness somewhere along the way; not sure exactly what the problem is at this point anymore…
Not sure but probably has something to do with active maintenance/subs paywall they put the KB section behind.
makes it harder to find out what’s going on when your off subscription.
Am I correct that when they made the move to the swamp, they obsoleted all existing SRs? Did they change the status of the old SRs so it was obvious they were no longer open?
All the old ones are still open. It’s just if you want to add a vote / detail, you now need to create a new instance in the ER community on Swym. I always include the old SPR number in the title in that event so it can be tied back to the original one easier.
