From Newegg. 36 hours after sending me a return label, they want me to take photos.

To help us investigate and work on your return while your item is still in transit to us, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the following:
- The retail box the item came in
- The serial number label on the product
- The UPC code from the packaging
And who takes photos of everything that they receive? I sure don’t! Nor do I take snapshots of the serial number label & UPC code on the original box! There is a 90% chance that I would have recycled the box already!

Nowadays you need to video opening each package. Especially high value items.
Too many package return scarm.
Just ask AI to create a video unboxing of the product in a broken state.
