Without really looking at it in detail, maybe you could just use Photoview 360 and render it. Here’s a bronze bushing I just rendered real quick:
It should get rid of those lines and can look a little more “life like” without having to spend any time with Visualize (steep learning curve).
This problem is exacerbated by mixing large and small features, a.k.a. large aspect ratios. If I model a 3" diameter diameter cylinder, 120" long with a 2" diameter extruded cut using these Image Quality settings:

If i change the overall length to 12", things are much improved:
The faceting is based on displayed geometry, so if you just need a screenshot, you can cut away the material you don’t need to show temporarily so that the overall aspect ratio is lower.
