Description

Setting ISketchManager::AddToDB to true no longer prevents sketch snapping for ISketchManager::CreateCenterRectangle.
Workaround: Use ISldWorks::SetUserPreferenceToggle for swUserPreferenceToggle_e.swSketchInference to False.
