There is a KB article about how to add RAL Classic colors to SE, with the link to
part file with RAL palette face styles.
I used Style Organiser to copy styles to main Material.mtl, and I am guessing the next step is
to ‘point’ templates to use it?
Or create a custom material.mtl and use that instead?
ItWouldBeNice[tm] that SE ships with it, but oh well 
Presumably, people that make molds/tools do it, adding VDWF color table?
One of my use-cases is setting one of the RAL greens as the default model color, FWIW.
