Here is a very disturbing Law that may be on the books in NYS that will lock out 3D printers, CNC mills and Lathes, laser\water jet cutting equipment. I found this on Practical Machinist site.

from what I hear there is one guy trying to make this a thing. At least he is funding it. It goes from a 3d printer to all the mills and lathes in our machine shop also. Try to design and print a new handle for a drill and get shut down cause it looks like a grip for a pistol.
Desktop 304SS printer. It collect “filter” Nitrogen from air for shielding gas.
