Who is their target customer?
Yeah, that’s the question. Originally I thought it was “well groomed asian guys riding the subway and doing work”. But now I’m not so sure. Adding history to the product shifts into “real CAD user” territory instead of “CAD for non-CAD user” territory, or “guys who look good with a tablet in a coffee shop”. Marketing and style are so fickle. I was kind of enthralled with it when it was a simple product, but now it’s just another low end SW wannabe. I’d bet 50% of existing SW users could get away with using it because they don’t need everything that SW has.
Is it cloud based in some way? I see its subscription only 
I suspect its like Fusion360?
Desktop client(Windows, MacOS), cloud storage.
It’s interesting that in Basic plan, you can only import SWX files, AFAICT.
Yeah, your data is stored on the cloud. You know, because those well groomed people in the ads have a tablet, a laptop, a desktop and a phone. It’s parasolid based, so import from SW is easy.
