In my workflow, I have multiple states where I set “delay in state” notifications. I have found that I receive a single email containing all of the files delayed in multiple states. I am wondering if there’s a way to send separate emails with each containing info about files in individual states.
For example, a single email for files in “Waiting for ENG Approval” state and another email for “Redline WIP” state.
