Yeah I’ve met him a couple times at SWW for some beta stuff. He was asking how I thought I would get from “a” to “b”, not like some of the other people saying “This is how you should do it”. In other words, asking how the user thinks, not how the programmer thinks. Refreshing approach for a user experience…
I find it mostly unusable. Kind of looks like facebook, but worse functionality.

It is really, really bad..
Even this type of forum can get to a “Too Much Info” situation, where it can be difficult to find stuff, right now being new and all, it’s not bad. In fact it’s really good compared to the swamp of a swym and all the regulars swam away.
Trying to go over the stuff that came in over the last 4 days is sick, sick, sick, just sit there and scroll and scroll some more, ridiculous.. Oh, and did you see the ad hoc they slipped in, really, now we need to wade through that stuff, we knew that was coming.

How can anyone actually use the 3DExperience? It’s incomprehensible / unusable.
Not going to waste much more time on it. Too much work. I’ll stay here.
It even makes the normal scroll bar on the side of my browser go away, and replaces it with a sketchy extra thin one that doesn’t work as well.
I used to think Jive was the worst forum software I experienced.
The “New Whatever” - (it’s not even a forum but a platform to run a “Feed System”) - is designed around a Marketing Ploy or Marketing Scheme, at the same time set up an “ACT” of we are here to Help You… It truly is disgusting

If it’s programmed like what 3DSWYM is meant to be similar to, then it will load the original front page, then start scrolling down until it reaches the bottom.
