i am trying to do mates in assembly , during that i am facing error in mates , how to resolve this

The problem lies in your sketches for the base. They should be fully constraind, there are lines not parallel which should be.

Edit: Just checked the other parts, same problem there. Try going through a couple of tutorials - at least the basic ones. It will help you at lot.
